1. Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle, you must:

2. Reservations and Payments

3. Security Deposit

• The deposit will be held and released after the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection

• Not to operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol

5. Rental Period and Returns

• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time

• Late returns may result in additional charges

• Early returns do not guarantee refunds

6. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided

• Refueling charges may apply if not returned properly

7. Damages and Liability

• You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period

• You agree to report any accidents or incidents immediately

• Additional fees may apply for cleaning, repairs, or loss of use

8. Insurance

• Renters must provide valid insurance or purchase coverage if offered

• You are responsible for understanding your coverage

• The Company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle

9. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to fees

• No-shows may result in full charges

You may NOT:

• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes

• Transport hazardous materials

• Sublease or rent the vehicle to others

11. GPS Tracking and Monitoring

Our vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems for:

• Security and theft prevention

• Vehicle management and safety

By renting, you consent to this tracking.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lux Limousines Scene is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control

13. Indemnification
